Meeting Times 

Schedule for Fall 2011

MEETINGS ARE MONDAY NIGHTS. The location alternates between the WPIRG office and the Women's Centre weekly. The meetings are from 6pm-8pm. Feel free to bring vegan, gluten and peanut free snacks to share... Or your favourite tea! If at any time you have suggestions for crafts or discussion topics, send us your ideas! 

September 26th- FIRST MEETING in the WPIRG office, Student Life Centre (SLC) of UW

October 3rd- First discussion (aka: stitch and bitch!) Bring any craft project to work on. Topic TBA. In the Women's Centre (WC), SLC 2102. 

October 10th- Introduction to Crochet (WPIRG)

October 17th- 2nd Discussion, WC

October 24th- unannounced harvest craft (WPIRG)

October 31st- No meeting!

November 7th- 3rd Discussion, WC

November 14th- Mini protest banners (finished products will be put up around campus and the community!)

November 21st- 4th Discussion, WC

November 28th- Crocheting rose broaches for December 6th Memorial 

December 5th- Last meeting of the term. Make a craft project, and come to exchange it with another member! Radical cupcake making is a definite, as well as another lively discussion. Maybe we'll discuss plans for next term as well!
